Receta: Café de ollita

¡Empieza la época de frío! ¿A quién no se le antoja tomar un rico café de olla? Si eres de los que siempre han querido preparar su propio café de olla, en vez de comprar el polvo preparado que venden en el supermercado, ¡no busques más! Es más sencillo de lo que piensas:



  • Una raja de canela
  • Una pizca de anís
  • Una panela (piloncillo)
  • Un buen café molido



Se pone en una olla de barro: agua, piloncillo, el anís y una raja de canela. Cuando haya hervido se le añaden 2 cucharadas de café por taza. Se deja reposar y listo.
